Job summary

Compass Group USA is hiring immediately for full-time BARISTA positions on our campus team at 231 Forest Street, Babson Park, MA. You will make and serve coffee and related items, follow HACCP guidelines, and interact with customers.

The schedule is full-time, Saturday through Wednesday with hours varying. A minimum of 5 years barista experience is required. Pay ranges from $20.19 to $21.19 per hour, with benefits and Instapay via One @Work.

Qualifications

• 5 years of barista experience required.

Responsibilities

• Makes and serves coffee/espresso drinks and related food and beverage items.
• Enters orders accurately into POS; accepts cash and charge payments.
• Replenishes condiments, beverages and general supplies while maintaining cleanliness of service area.
• Ensures proper presentation, portion control and serving temperatures; follows HACCP standards.
• Maintains sanitation and orderliness of all equipment, supplies and utensils.
• Ensures all display foods are merchandised attractively and served neatly.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
