Qualifications

• Member in good standing of The Florida Bar.
• Three or more years of legal experience for Senior Bar Counsel.
• At least one year of legal experience for Bar Counsel.

Responsibilities

• Provide oral ethics opinions through the Ethics Hotline.
• Review attorney advertisements for compliance.
• Conduct legal research on advertising issues.
• Staff the Professional Ethics Committee.
• Coordinate the annual Masters Seminar on Ethics.
