Capco in Dallas (Hybrid) is seeking a Senior Consultant in Banking & Payments to help deliver strategic initiatives for financial institutions across products, channels and operations. Qualifications

5+ years of experience in financial services and/or management consulting.
Broad knowledge of banking and payments including lending, digital channels, and transaction processing.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret complex business challenges.
Effective communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders across functions.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

Support and facilitate client discussions across banking and payments processes, including sales, servicing, and transactions
Develop structured approaches, recommendations, and solutions to address business and technology challenges
Analyze current performance and support forecasting of improvements based on proposed solutions
