Job Description: This job is responsible for helping to uncover personal banking needs of both individual and small business clients, offering appropriate solutions, and connecting clients to specialists. Key responsibilities include balancing working service requests and other transactional activities such as in‑person or inbound call delivery. Job expectations include proactively connecting with clients, conducting consistent follow‑up routines, and handling complex and diverse client engagements. **This position is open for the entire market and the specific Financial Center location will be based on business needs. If you are offered a position, you will train at one financial center, and then potentially move to another location that is within a reasonable commuting distance of your home to the extent permitted by applicable law.**

This role is eligible to participate in a formulaic incentive plan. Employees are eligible for incentives as detailed by the specific line of business incentive plan provisions.
