Flowers Foods, Inc. is seeking a Production Operator III at our Kansas City, KS facility.

The role involves operating automated production equipment, diagnosing machinery issues, assisting with preventive maintenance, and maintaining sanitation and safety standards. The position requires the ability to work in a team, master Enterprise software data input and reporting, and to lift and move weights as described in the job duties.

Formación

• Two or more years of related experience.
• High School diploma or equivalency plus a technical certification (e.g., HVAC, auto maintenance).
• Equivalent military training or 45 college credits may substitute for technical training.
• A technical certification may include the AIB “Science of Baking” course.

Responsabilidades

• Check and adhere to production work schedule for job assignments and work reporting times.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area at all times while on duty.
• May be assigned to operate facility metal detectors; must be fully trained and certified.
• Comply with work rules, safety rules, and GMPs.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures (EEO, Sexual Harassment, Safety, Sarbanes-Oxley, etc.).
• Perform other duties deemed by management as part of the job, including attendance and other operating rules.
