As a Senior Backend Software Engineer, you will own and shape the future of our Subscriptions and Payments platforms, building systems that support our customers, drive revenue growth, and enable new business opportunities. You will play a key role in expanding our subscription ecosystem through integrations with major providers, improving the reliability and scalability of existing systems, and building new payment capabilities that enable teams across the organization to move faster. This is a highly visible, high-impact role with significant ownership over critical business systems. You'll partner closely with Engineering, Product, Design, and Data to solve complex problems, make thoughtful technical decisions, and deliver solutions that directly impact our customers and the business.

You are someone who enjoys solving ambiguous, complex problems and collaborating with others to build thoughtful solutions. You care about building reliable, scalable, and maintainable systems. You are a strong communicator who can explain technical tradeoffs and partner effectively across the organization. You stay curious about new technologies, including AI, and applies sound engineering judgment to improve how work gets done.

The target salary range for this position is between $140,000 and $155,000. This is part of a competitive total rewards package that includes incentive, equity, and benefits for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all teammate pay regularly to ensure competitive and fair pay.
