Job summary

Nourish is seeking a senior backend engineer to design, build, test, and ship backend products and features, while maintaining and improving services and the codebase.

You will own major projects from planning through delivery and collaborate with product, design, engineering, and analytics teams to scale Nourish’s platform.

The role emphasizes independent ownership, fast and high-quality delivery, and a product-oriented mindset in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• At least five years of backend-focused software engineering experience.
• Preferably three or more years with TypeScript, Node.js, Prisma, PostgreSQL, and AWS.
• Independent project ownership and the ability to deliver quickly and with high quality.
• Collaborative, product-oriented approach.
