The ideal candidate should have over 5 years of backend engineering experience and familiarity with distributed systems or blockchain infrastructure. This full-time role offers a minimum salary of $210,000-$232,000 and various benefits, with options for remote work.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of backend engineering experience with a track record of shipping production systems.
• Experience building and operating distributed systems or blockchain infrastructure.
• Solid understanding of cloud architectures, system design, and debugging at scale.

Responsabilités

• Own projects end-to-end: scope requirements, design systems, implement solutions, and monitor them in production.
• Write clean, well-tested Rust code and raise the bar through thoughtful code reviews.
• Build and maintain infrastructure that keeps Unichain reliable, performant, and available 24/7.
