• Caching with Redis
• AI tools in development flow (Claude Code/Codex)
• Strong PostgreSQL proficiency
• Familiarity with AWS
• Datadog or similar monitoring
• RabbitMQ or Kafka knowledge
• Kubernetes familiarity
• Advanced English proficiency
