Qualifications

• Backend development with PHP and Python.
• Strong Symfony experience.
• Proficient in PostgreSQL and SQL.
• Experience building REST APIs and system integrations.
• Experience with data imports and processing pipelines.
• Understanding of software architecture and backend design principles.
• Familiarity with Git and modern development practices.
• Experience using AI-powered assistants to improve productivity in software delivery.
• Ability to understand business requirements and propose technical improvements.
• Strong communication and collaboration with stakeholders.
• Ownership mindset and ability to work independently.
• Good command of English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain platforms powering commercial and financial operations.
• Build and enhance backend solutions using PHP and Python.
• Develop REST APIs and external data integrations.
• Design and maintain data import, transformation, and processing pipelines.
• Work with PostgreSQL and SQL to support functionality.
• Integrate the Data Collection Platform via API integrations and web scraping.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Finance, Product, and Engineering teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Participate in an Agile environment with 2-week sprints and quarterly planning cycles.
• Contribute to code quality, architecture, and continuous platform improvement.
