Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional backend engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Kotlin.
• Strong hands-on experience with Spring Boot.
• Sound understanding of distributed systems and microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with OAuth2/OIDC and backend security fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain secure backend services using Kotlin and Spring Boot.
• Build event-driven integrations via Apache Kafka.
• Own data models and query optimization across PostgreSQL and MySQL.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers.
• Produce high-quality technical documentation.
