Qualifications

• 6+ years of software engineering experience and strong JVM knowledge.
• BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Experience building distributed, scalable systems and real-time services.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement backend services powering incentive and rewards.
• Build real-time event streaming to process high-frequency signals.
• Develop scalable compliance and preference management services.
• Architect decisioning frameworks for personalized experiences.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Data on the technical roadmap.
• Mentor teammates and drive the full software lifecycle.
