The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience, expertise in languages like Java or Go, and a strong background in distributed systems. Qualifications

• 5+ years of industry experience building, scaling, and operating backend systems.
• Deep proficiency in at least one major backend programming language.
• Hands-on experience with distributed systems and understanding of performance tradeoffs.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead the design and implementation of complex backend services.
• Make architecture and technical decisions that balance reliability, scalability, and performance.
• Improve service reliability by defining SLOs/SLAs and strengthening observability.
