Kikoff is seeking a Senior Backend Engineer to join the Growth Team behind our flagship credit-building product. You will own backend systems that power millions of users, shipping code that blends performance, reliability, and data-driven decision making.

You’ll prototype rapidly, push to production, and instrument analytics to improve personalization. This role emphasizes ownership, collaboration with product and data science, and building scalable services that drive real-world financial

Qualifications

• Proficient in backend development and systems design.
• Data-driven mindset with experience making decisions from metrics.
• Strong fundamentals in computer science and software engineering.

Responsibilities

• Own initiatives end-to-end: from rapid prototyping to production rollout.
• Instrument analytics and telemetry to inform product decisions and performance.
