Qualifications

• Comfort with debugging, performance work and automated testing
• Solid code review instincts
• A cybersecurity or SecOps background is a big plus secure coding, appsec, pentesting, vulnerability assessment, OWASP/CWE, or security-focused reviews.

Responsibilities

• Train AI systems by creating realistic coding tasks for evaluation, including feature implementation and bug fixes
• Implement deterministic verifiers that accept valid solutions and reject invalid ones
• Engage in participant assessments to measure judgment and problem-solving in coding challenges
