You will lead cross-functional initiatives, collaborate with Product, GTM, security, and infrastructure teams, and work directly with sophisticated users to translate ambiguous needs into concrete technical decisions.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of professional engineering experience in backend/platform roles.
• Strong product judgment and ability to ship API or platform capabilities.
• Experience leading large cross-functional initiatives.
• Excellent communication with product partners and users.
• Deep understanding of reliability, DevOps, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Own backend product capabilities end to end across authentication and identity, service accounts and key controls.
• Partner with Product, go-to-market, security, and infrastructure teams to shape roadmaps.
• Design developer-facing APIs and ensure safe defaults, auditing, and notifications.
• Build, operate, and debug highly reliable backend systems with strong ownership.
