Compensation
  • $175K – $230K

At Regard, we carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, including your skills, qualifications, location, and experience. We expect the base salary range for this position to be $175,000 to $230,000. This is subject to change and may be modified in the future. We encourage all interested candidates to apply.

As a Senior Backend Software Engineer on our Diagnostics team, you'll build the part of Regard that reads a patient's medical chart — labs, medications, vitals, procedures, prior notes, history — and determines which conditions are present, along with the evidence supporting each one. You'll design and develop critical backend services and drive them end-to-end through the full product lifecycle: ideation, planning, design, execution, deployment, and iteration.

Our senior engineers are true technical leaders by driving architectural decisions, mentoring teammates, and leading major projects that help set the bar for engineering excellence. You'll collaborate closely with product, design, clinicians, and fellow engineers to ship high-quality solutions that empower physicians and improve patient care.

About Regard

Regard's mission is to bring world-class healthcare to everyone. Our technology reasons through a patient's entire medical record to recommend diagnoses that would otherwise be missed, in real time at the point of care, during chart review, and in population-wide screening to identify patients who qualify for lifesaving treatment.

We work alongside some of the top health systems in the country to lead the change this industry needs. We're excited by challenges, mission-oriented work, and meaningful relationships. We want you to join us.
