Job summary

Wynd Labs in the United States is seeking a Senior Backend Engineer to design and scale data pipeline infrastructure for real-time and batch processing. You will join a small, high-performing team to architect reliable systems and advance Grass's role in shaping the internet.

You’ll write clear, well-tested code, review designs, and contribute to Wynd’s infrastructure across mobile, desktop, and server-side components.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software development experience with high-quality, robust code.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in a STEM field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong experience building and scaling large, distributed systems.
• Deep expertise designing, troubleshooting, and optimizing live software systems.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD and modern development practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize scalable data pipeline infrastructure for real-time and batch processing.
• Develop backend features and system improvements focusing on reliability and performance.
• Write clear, well-tested, and well-documented code.
• Create and review technical designs, code, and documentation to maintain high standards.
• Contribute to Wynd’s infrastructure across mobile, desktop, and server-side systems.
