Job summary

HTC Global Services seeks a Senior Backend Software Engineer focusing on Cloud & AI to design, build, and maintain cloud-native applications, enterprise integrations, and AI-enabled solutions using Google Cloud Platform.

You will work across API development, CI/CD, platform engineering, and AI workflows, with experience in GCP services like Cloud Run and BigQuery, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years IT experience required.
• 10+ years software development experience and 8+ years backend exp.
• Senior-level engineering with two languages or strong proficiency in one.
• Hands-on experience with GCP and AI stack technologies.

Responsibilities

• Build and enhance AI-enabled applications for engineering, business, and operations.
• Integrate apps with enterprise knowledge sources, business systems, and AI services.
• Develop reusable platform capabilities for retrieval, orchestration, prompt management, evaluation, telemetry, and feedback workflows.
• Support AI architectures including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and agentic workflows.
• Evaluate new technologies and contribute to reusable AI engineering standards and best practices.
• Design, develop, and support cloud-native applications and enterprise integrations.
• Develop and support scalable APIs, cloud services, CI/CD pipelines, and developer platforms.
