Swoop is hiring a Senior Backend Engineer to architect technology and customer experiences across NimbleRx products. You’ll join a world-class team building for performance, reliability, and scalability, collaborating with Product Management and Design to translate requirements into high-quality code.

You will help deliver scalable backend features, guide junior engineers, and drive best practices in a fast-growing environment that values autonomy and ownership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with backend APIs, services, and platform development.
• Rich development experience with Java, Spring, and SQL.
• Experience developing scalable, customer-facing, web-based applications.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Nice to have: experience with React, Terraform/Terragrunt, or AWS.
