A leading robotics company is seeking a Senior Backend Developer based in San Diego, CA. The successful candidate will have deep expertise in AWS and Azure, with strong Python skills and experience in Go and C++. This role involves ensuring application security, writing maintainable code, and developing cloud infrastructure. Candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and have at least 7 years of professional experience. Certifications in AWS or Azure are strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of post-education professional experience.
• AWS and/or Azure Professional-level certifications strongly preferred.
• Strong proficiency in AWS or Azure, experience in both preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure application security, performance, and scalability.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the application stack.
• Collaborate within an Agile development process.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using AWS CodePipeline and Git-based workflows.
• Develop and automate cloud infrastructure using Terraform and/or AWS CDK.
