Thornbury Musical Theatre Group is seeking a backend engineer to help build and scale an LLM-powered platform for millions of users. You will work closely with the platform architect, drive core AI infrastructure, and help shape engineering practices as the team expands.

The role requires expertise in Go, Python, and microservice design, with a focus on robust API development and scalable data stores. This is a high-impact opportunity in a fast-paced environment.

• 5+ years of backend engineering in a statically typed language.
• Shipped production LLM-backed features and lived with them after launch.
• Strong API design instincts and comfortable owning a service end to end.
