Job summary

99brightminds is seeking a senior backend engineer to design, develop, and maintain high-performance Java Spring Boot applications. You will work with microservices, REST APIs, and secure authentication patterns on Microsoft Azure, utilizing modern CI/CD practices.

You should bring 8+ years of backend experience, strong knowledge of Spring Framework, Kubernetes, SQL and Cosmos DB, and a passion for secure coding aligned with OWASP standards. Experience in agile teams is preferred.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of backend software development experience.
• Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices Architecture.
• Solid understanding of Spring Core, Dependency Injection (DI), IoC, AOP, and Spring Data.
• Experience with Spring Security, authentication, authorization, OAuth2, and JWT.
• Strong knowledge of Spring MVC and RESTful APIs.
• Experience deploying and managing applications on Microsoft Azure.
• Familiarity with Azure Data Factory, Azure Functions, and Azure Logic Apps.
• Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipeline implementation.
• Strong knowledge of API Management, Kubernetes, SQL, and Cosmos DB.
• Understanding of OWASP security standards and secure coding best practices.
• Preferred Qualifications: Microsoft Azure certifications, cloud-native architectures, Agile environments, and application security/perf optimization.
