Responsibilities

Ship and Own Products: Rapidly contribute to backend systems, eventually owning entire product lines.
Design Scalable Solutions: Build fast, reliable, and secure infrastructure capable of supporting massive enterprise scale.
Collaborate with Founders & Teams: Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to translate ambitious product visions into clear technical roadmaps.
Drive Technical Leadership: Set architectural direction, shape engineering best practices, and mentor others as the team grows.
Deliver with Impact: Take projects from concept through to production deployment with high ownership and accountability.

What We’re Looking For

5+ years of professional backend engineering experience.
Strong expertise in Python (Django a plus).
Proficiency with AWS or Google Cloud.
