Job summary

Clear Fracture is looking for a Senior Software Engineer in the United States to design authorization and identity systems for their innovative AI-driven data integration platform. This role involves developing secure authorization middleware and SDKs, ensuring compliance with security protocols, and integrating closely with various engineering teams. The successful candidate will have 4+ years in software engineering and a solid background in backend technologies including Python, Go, and Java. A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent is required, along with strong communication skills and a U.S. citizenship requirement for security clearance.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in building authorization, identity, or authentication systems.
• Deep understanding of RBAC, ABAC, and policy-based access control.
• Experience in secure system design with threat modeling.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement fine-grained authorization systems within the product.
• Write production-level backend code to enforce authorization across APIs.
• Implement authentication flows and integrate with enterprise identity providers.
