Qualifications

• 5+ years of backend software engineering experience in web-based technologies.
• In-depth experience with Python and API creation.
• Strong experience with Python frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
• Experience with relational databases like Postgres or MySQL.
• Familiar with cloud-native applications deployed on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Adept at using Docker and designing CI/CD pipelines.
• Curious about developments in Generative AI and evaluating new technologies.
• Comfortable solving coding problems without AI assistance.
• Experienced in mentoring and onboarding junior engineers.
• Thrives in an agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of backend systems for Generative AI tools.
• Deliver high quality Python code and uphold engineering best practices.
• Architect and develop cutting-edge agent workflows.
• Drive system design and architecture decisions for backend microservices.
• Mentor and support a team of 4–5 engineers in Scrum.
