Responsibilities

• Drive overall Network Infrastructure strategy for the Americas Backbone Network Development team.
• Execute strategic backbone network plans with regular progress updates.
• Identify suppliers and develop technical and commercial solutions for wavelengths, dark fiber, and submarine capacity.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to deliver new backbone capacity for Amazon.
• Collaborate with network planners and engineers to ensure cost-effective, efficient topology.
