Astound is seeking a Business Solutions Marketing Senior Manager to lead strategy, development, and execution of integrated marketing programs across enterprise and commercial segments. You will partner with sales, product, and agencies to drive awareness, pipeline growth, and revenue with data-driven insights.

The role requires strong leadership, hands-on marketing leadership, and the ability to translate priorities into measurable go-to-market plans.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in marketing, B2B marketing, demand generation, product marketing, sales enablement, public relations, or related marketing function preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of enterprise and commercial marketing strategies that support customer acquisition, retention, pipeline growth, market expansion, and revenue objectives.
• Own integrated campaign planning across enterprise, commercial, and strategic business segments, ensuring marketing priorities align to goals and sales objectives.
• Partner with senior Marketing, Sales, Product, and external agencies to develop, launch, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns.
• Lead go-to-market planning for enterprise and commercial products, promotions, and market expansion initiatives.
