Job summary

ElevenLabs is seeking a senior B2B Growth Marketer to build and scale demand generation for the Indian market. This in-country role focuses on enterprise pipeline, brand growth among technical buyers, and creating repeatable marketing engines for ElevenLabs.

You will work cross-functionally with sales, product marketing, and growth teams to adapt global programs to India and drive measurable impact across ABM, content, events, and outbound initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in high-growth tech or AI-related B2B marketing.
• Proven track record building programs that generate enterprise pipeline.
• Deep knowledge of India's enterprise buyers and market dynamics.
• Ability to work with minimal process and move quickly as a first marketer in the market.
• Relentless commitment to excellence in all outputs and communications.
• Curiosity about AI and strong business judgment for differentiating marketing.

Responsibilities

• Build end-to-end integrated B2B campaigns across India’s priority industries.
• Localization of ABM, content, events, webinars, partner/customer marketing, and outbound programs.
• Adapt global campaigns for the Indian market and feed insights back to the global team.
• Collaborate with local sales and global product marketing to keep messaging consistent.
• Own pipeline generation and measure campaign performance, iterating based on data.
