Job summary

Campbell Soup Company is seeking a Lead Engineer, Hybrid Cloud, to drive Azure-based infrastructure across on-prem, cloud, and edge environments. You will provide hands-on engineering leadership, guide MSP partners, and ensure secure, resilient operations for mission-critical workloads.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in Azure/hybrid environments, strong troubleshooting skills, and experience with IaaS, governance, and automation using PowerShell and Azure CLI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, engineering, CS, or related field; equivalent work experience considered.
• 8+ years of Azure and hybrid cloud infrastructure experience.
• Hands-on experience implementing and supporting Azure IaaS.
• Experience integrating on-premises infrastructure with Azure.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot, resolve, and lead escalations for complex production infrastructure issues.
• Experience deploying Azure and hybrid cloud solutions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior hands-on engineer for hybrid and Azure-based infrastructure solutions.
• Engineer, deploy, and support Azure services including VMs, load balancers, storage and networking.
• Execute infrastructure solutions spanning on-premises, Azure, and edge platforms.
• Perform Azure build activities, configuration, upgrades, and remediation.
• Provide technical oversight and direction to MSP teams delivering Azure and hybrid cloud services.
• Lead escalations for cloud and hybrid incidents impacting critical workloads.
