Motion Recruitment is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer for a fully remote, full-time role supporting a Windows/C#/.NET stack in Microsoft Azure. You will own the infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines, reporting directly to the CEO, with autonomy to drive change.

Qualifications

• Senior-level DevOps experience in a Microsoft Azure environment.
• Hands-on with Azure infrastructure components (VMs, Web Apps, VNets, ExpressRoute, Load Balancers, NSGs).
• Experience managing Azure SQL Server, Blob Storage, and Cache; Entra ID and Key Vault for identity/secrets.

Responsibilities

• Own the infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines end-to-end.
• Drive technical solutions with minimal direction and independent ownership.
• Grow a small DevOps team over time, reporting to the CEO.
• Support Windows and C#/.NET application environments.
