The role focuses on Azure, Databricks, SQL, Python and cloud migration, coordinating offshore teams, and delivering scalable data pipelines across a Jira/PMO-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 9+ years' experience leading data engineering engagements.
• Strong program management experience with complex initiatives.
• Strong communication at exec and execution levels.
• Experience building data pipelines using Azure stack.
• 2+ years of experience with Apache Spark.
• Experience with Delta Lake and ETL processing.
• Unix environment experience.
• Harmonizing raw data into consumer-friendly formats using Azure Databricks.

Responsibilities

• Lead data engineering engagements and programs.
• Coordinate offshore DE team (6–10 members) and manage stakeholders.
• Communicate effectively with executives and execution teams.
• Architect and oversee Azure-based data pipelines and migration efforts.
