Qualifications

  • Cybersecurity certification with at least 5 years of information security experience.

Cybersecurity certification, with at least 5 years experience working in information security field

Azure Certification with minimum of 2 years with hands-on experience working with Azure cloud infrastructure

Knowledge of information security standards

Expertise implementing security solutions in public cloud IaaS/PaaS

Proficiency implementing security configurations in Office 365

Proficiency implementing security solutions in zero-trust networks

Proficiency in several security technologies including data loss prevention, encryption, cloud access security brokers, identity and access management, micro-segmentation, multi-factor authentication, endpoint protection, SIEM and perimeter defenses

Effectively convey security risks to technical as well as non-technical stakeholders

IT operations background and/or ITIL foundations knowledge

Experience with Splunk, Palo Alto Next Gen firewalls, and QRadar SIEM is highly regarded

Comfortable with Agile methodologies such as kanban and scrum

Excellent time management, problem solving, technical writing, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills

BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Science or equivalent and/or appropriate industry experience

Responsibilities

Spot and execute new security technologies and best practices into the company's Cloud offerings.

Partner with the Cloud Migration Factory team to provide security advice and designs for on-prem applications migrated to the cloud
