Job summary

Providence invites applications for a Senior Cloud Engineer IS - Hybrid to design, operate, and improve Azure-based services for caregivers and internal stakeholders.

You will partner with developers, testers, and program managers early in the development cycle, focusing on hub-and-spoke Azure networking, monitoring, and optimization. A Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of related experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• 5 years of related experience
• Good experience leveraging data and metrics to drive behavior, process, and priority decisions. Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems. Experience in problem solving using systematic procedures and investigating problems utilizing root cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Design, operate, grow, and improve large-scale cloud-based services for IS and non-IS caregivers.
• Collaborate with developers, testers, and program managers early in the development process to ensure reliable cloud infrastructure.
