Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a highly experienced Microsoft Azure Specialist to lead enterprise cloud initiatives across the United States. This is a remote, full-time role, with direct W2 employment.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in cloud engineering and 5+ years designing and managing Azure environments, with deep Azure compute, networking, security, and AKS expertise. You will design secure, scalable solutions, implement IaC with Terraform/Bicep/ARM, and drive CI/CD pipelines

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT and cloud engineering experience.
• 5+ years designing and managing Microsoft Azure environments.
• Deep expertise in Azure compute, networking, storage, identity, security, and PaaS offerings.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates for IaC.
• Strong experience deploying and managing AKS in production.
• Proven experience implementing CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
• Strong scripting and automation skills using PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
• Experience implementing Azure governance, monitoring, security, compliance, and cost optimization.
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and technical leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain secure, scalable Azure cloud infrastructure.
• Architect enterprise-grade Azure networking solutions, including VNet, VPN Gateway, ExpressRoute, Firewall, Application Gateway, Load Balancer.
• Develop and maintain IaC using Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates.
• Design, deploy, and manage production-grade AKS clusters and containerized workloads.
• Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions.
• Implement Azure security best practices, including Azure AD, Key Vault, Defender for Cloud, Azure Policy, RBAC, and Zero Trust.
• Automate provisioning, configuration management, and operations with PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
• Monitor with Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Application Insights for reliability and cost optimization.
• Lead cloud migration, modernization, DR, backup, and business continuity.
• Collaborate across teams to establish cloud governance and engineering best practices.
• Mentor engineers and provide architectural leadership on enterprise cloud initiatives.
