Capgemini is seeking an AWS Solution Architect in New York to design and deliver scalable cloud, on-premise, and hybrid architectures for enterprise clients. The role focuses on end-to-end data-driven platforms leveraging AWS services and modern development practices.

You will work with business stakeholders to craft resilient, cost-efficient solutions, apply best-practice cloud design, and guide teams through complex technical decisions with strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Solution Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, or related roles.
• Strong expertise in designing end-to-end solutions, including cloud, on-premise, and hybrid environments.
• Extensive experience with Cloud Architecture Design and Big Data technologies.
• Hands‑on experience in AWS services—Compute EC2, Lambda, Storage S3, and DB RDS, DynamoDB.
• Strong foundation in data modeling, distributed computing, and analytical problem‑solving skills.
• Proficiency in microservices, API‑driven, and event‑based architectures for scalable systems.
• Strong understanding of data architecture, data integration, and data management in enterprise solutions.
• Hands‑on experience with modern development frameworks, DevOps tools, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience designing distributed systems, high‑performance computing, and containerized applications.
• Proficiency with SQL and cloud data storage; familiarity with GitHub, JIRA, Confluence, and collaboration tools.
