Accenture’s AWS Practice is seeking a senior Cloud Architect to lead mid-market AWS initiatives, shaping reference architectures and guiding delivery teams across data, AI, and security. This role emphasizes hands‑on architectural leadership and collaboration with sales, delivery, and partners.

You will mentor architects, establish governance standards, and contribute to pursuit strategies, ensuring scalable, enterprise-grade cloud solutions that meet client objectives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years hands-on AWS experience with enterprise-scale experience and knowledge of cloud, networking, and AWS services.
• At least 1 implementation or migration into AWS, preferably at enterprise scale.
• Minimum 4 years scripting capability and ability to develop environments as code (EAC).
• Minimum 1 year of Automation/IAC experience with CloudFormation, Terraform, Ansible, Puppet, Jenkins, etc.
• AWS certification including AWS Certified Solution Architect (Associate or Professional).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience; 6+ years if-associate degree.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop reusable Enterprise Cloud Architecture assets, reference architectures, accelerators, and proof-of-concept templates.
• Serve as SME on Mid‑Market AWS solutions during sales pursuits and client engagements.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership, guiding design and best practices for data platforms, analytics, ML, and AI.
• Conduct architecture reviews and provide actionable remediation recommendations.
• Author technical whitepapers, solution briefs, and case studies to support business development.
