Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) Professional Services seeks an Engagement Manager to lead delivery of complex cloud solution projects from inception through implementation in Jersey City, NJ. You will bridge business requirements with technical solutions, guide architectural decisions, and manage multi-team engagements to ensure client outcomes.

Applicants should have extensive cloud experience, Agile leadership, and proven ability to manage enterprise IT programs.

Qualifications

5+ years of cloud computing experience.
Bachelor's degree in STEM.
2+ years of leading multiple Agile teams concurrently or at scale.
5+ years of leading and delivering enterprise-level IT engagements.
Experience in project management of technical programs.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage complex cloud migration and implementation projects.
Guide technical decisions using AWS services, architectures and best practices.
Bridge business requirements with technical solutions and align to customer outcomes.
Distill customer needs into actionable technical requirements mapped to business outcomes.
Decompose complex problems into deliverable solutions.
Contribute to technical documentation and define documentation standards.
