Job summary

FullStack is seeking a Senior AWS DevOps Engineer to join a product team delivering cloud-native solutions for clients. You will build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, manage AWS services, and ensure secure, observable production systems.

Preferred candidates have 5+ years of DevOps experience, strong AWS/Kubernetes expertise, and IaC with Terraform. This role offers 100% remote work in the United States and collaboration with top startups and Fortune 500 companies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional DevOps experience.
• Advanced English is required.
• Four-year college degree is required.
• Extensive experience with AWS cloud services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, EKS, etc.).
• Deep experience with Kubernetes in production environments.
• Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform.
• Hands-on with CI/CD pipelines for cloud-native apps.
• Monitoring/logging/observability tools (CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana).
• Security best practices and compliance in cloud environments.
• Scripting in Python/Bash for automation.
• Experience with AI tools to automate DevOps workflows is a plus.
• Ability to own work, contribute to libraries, and deliver commitments.
• Experience on Agile/Scrum teams and large, complex systems.
• 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product teams to deliver cloud-native products.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for cloud apps.
• Manage AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, EKS) and Kubernetes.
• Apply IaC using Terraform and maintain infrastructure in production.
• Monitor, log, and observe systems with CloudWatch/Prometheus/Grafana.
• Uphold security and compliance across environments.
• Contribute to reusable tooling and libraries; troubleshoot complex issues.
• Ensure timely delivery and ownership of work with teams.
