Qualifications

• Experience providing hands‑on support for large-scale, public-facing production environments running on UNIX/Linux.
• Experience with AWS/EC2 hosting, auto-scaling, and certificate management.
• Familiarity with disaster recovery and creating runbooks for troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Build, monitor and support AWS and COLO-based infrastructure.
• Deploy machines globally and manage them 24/7.
• Respond promptly to alerts and customer needs.
