Job summary

A leading engineering solutions company in Cincinnati is seeking an AWS Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to design, deploy, and maintain cloud infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience with AWS services and strong security knowledge. Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience designing, deploying, and supporting AWS environments.
• Experience with containerization (Docker, ECS, or EKS) is a plus.
• Familiarity with security frameworks and compliance standards like SOC2 and HIPAA.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable, secure, and highly available AWS infrastructure for ~30 servers.
• Monitor infrastructure performance and troubleshoot issues.
• Configure and enforce security best practices including IAM roles and policies.

Skills

AWS Certified Solutions Architect

AWS services proficiency (EC2, VPC, RDS, etc.)

Linux/Windows server administration

Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation)

Networking knowledge (including DNS)

Monitoring and alerting tools

Troubleshooting skills
