Job summary

Ingram Micro, Inc. is seeking a Senior AWS Cloud Engineer to join our Cloud Services team.

You will help customers deploy, migrate, and optimize workloads in AWS, working with customers directly to implement cloud solutions and deliver technical expertise across the post-sales lifecycle. You will come from an AWS-focused MSP, consulting partner, or cloud services organization and enjoy both hands-on delivery and customer engagement.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience with AWS cloud technologies.
• Hands-on experience deploying, configuring, and supporting AWS solutions.
• Experience delivering cloud projects in customer environments.
• Strong knowledge of AWS infrastructure, services, networking, and security concepts.
• Ability to engage directly with customers and communicate technical concepts effectively.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and technical delivery skills.
• Experience working independently while managing multiple customer engagements.

• Background working for an AWS consulting partner, cloud services provider, MSP, systems integrator, or similar services organization preferred
• Familiarity with cloud governance, security, and operational best practices
