Job summary

Megazone Cloud in the United States is seeking a Principal AWS Cloud Architect to own the technical direction of cloud engagements, working with customer teams to set strategy and drive to a documented target state. This leadership role stays hands-on, mentoring a blended onshore/offshore delivery team and, when needed, building landing zones and overseeing migrations.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years of infrastructure design experience, deep AWS proficiency, and a proven ability to deliver

Qualifications

• 15+ years designing and operating infrastructure, including customer-facing engagements.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar.
• Hands-on AWS depth with production systems.
• Ability to lead and mentor offshore teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical strategy for the engagement and drive it to a target state.
• Lead and mentor onshore/offshore delivery teams across time zones.
• Review designs, IaC, and runbooks to ensure quality before customer delivery.
• Direct migration waves and manage risk, sequencing, and cutover.
• Define multi-account architecture, landing zones, and security baselines.
