Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of marketing strategies that drive ticket sales, attendance, and earned revenue across 350+ performances and multiple venues.
• Set pricing, audience offers, and promotions to maximize attendance and revenue.
• Oversee integrated marketing campaigns across digital, email, web, social, print, and events.
• Develop creative and messaging that showcase Colburn’s performances and experiences.
• Manage the performance marketing budget and measure ROI to optimize spend.
