Alignment Health seeks an accomplished leader to drive Medicare Risk Adjustment performance as AVP. You will shape enterprise RAF strategies, oversee chart retrieval, coding production, and vendor partnerships while aligning with finance, compliance, and network teams.

This role demands strategic planning, strong stakeholder management and a track record of improving risk-adjusted revenue across multiple markets.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business, finance, analytics, information systems or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
Advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead the annual operating plan for Medicare risk adjustment performance across markets and programs.
Provide executive leadership for prospective, concurrent and retrospective risk adjustment programs and chart readiness.
Establish performance guidelines for quality, productivity, service levels and financial outcomes with timely executive reviews.
Use risk adjustment analytics and reporting to identify opportunities, risks, and interventions across markets and provider groups.
Oversee vendor management, contracts, and performance to align with enterprise risk adjustment strategy.
Lead provider performance reviews, action planning, and improvement initiatives across delegated and non-delegated arrangements.
