Job summary

Yulista Solutions LLC is seeking an Avionics Technician II to install, maintain, test, troubleshoot, and repair aircraft electronic and electrical systems across research and NASA platforms. You will develop and integrate flight hardware for aircraft, simulators, and UAS, adhering to safety and project guidelines.

The role requires 5 years of maintenance experience, Level 1 ESD protection, and NASA/workmanship certifications, with duties including documentation, calibration, and in-field

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Level 1 Certification in ESD Protection required.
• FAA Airplane and/or Powerplant certification may be required.
• Five years of aircraft maintenance experience with fixed wing aircraft required.
• NASA Workmanship Certifications: IPC J-STD-001FS, NASA-STD-8739.1, -8739.5 and -8739.4 or IPC/WHMA-A-620 required.
• Must pass NASA administered physical.
• Valid state driver’s license and CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Use NAMIS to maintain equipment records and document maintenance actions.
• Maintain, test, inspect, repair and integrate avionics and electrical components.
• Troubleshoot and repair NASA radios, panels, nav radios, EFIS, and related systems.
• Perform scheduled and unscheduled aircraft maintenance and ground support duties.
• Ensure QA compliance and safety standards, calibrate/test equipment as needed.
