• Provides work direction to technicians and coordinates with other departments to ensure on-time aircraft delivery.
• Installs, modifies, fabricates wiring and electrical components per blueprints and engineering drawings.
• Trains team members and contributes to employee development.
• Assists Engineering in resolving problems and performs repairs per direction.
• Maintains logs and ensures regulatory compliance and customer specifications.
