Job summary

WSP USA is seeking an experienced Lead Aviation Project Manager to lead complex airport and airline projects from Texas and Louisiana to other US locations as opportunities arise. The role requires directing multidisciplinary teams, developing delivery strategies, and maintaining strong client relationships.

You will manage scopes, schedules, budgets, risks, and project controls while mentoring staff and contributing to WSP's aviation practice growth.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Aviation Management, or related field.
15+ years of professional experience managing complex infrastructure, transportation, aviation, airport development, or capital improvement projects.
Experience leading multidisciplinary projects and project teams.
Experience managing scope, schedule, budget, contracts, risk, staffing, change, and client relationships.
Ability to travel extensively across the United States.

Responsibilities

Lead owner-side program management and PM/CM assignments as required.
Develop and manage project scopes, schedules, budgets, staffing plans, risk strategies.
Monitor project performance and report on schedule, budget, and milestones.
Coordinate with airport authorities, airlines, contractors, consultants, and regulators.
Mentor project managers and staff; develop high-performing teams.
