Job summary

HDR, a leading engineering and architecture firm, seeks an aviation project manager in Bellevue, WA to oversee multi‑discipline airport projects from design through construction. You will market, plan, direct and monitor all technical work, lead design teams, review deliverables and mentor staff.

The role requires strong leadership, client relations, QA/QC, and coordination with regulatory agencies. HDR offers an employee‑owned culture, a comprehensive benefits package and significant growth

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
10 years related experience and 5+ years project management.
PE license and proficiency with MS Office/MS Project.
Demonstrated leadership, business development and strategic planning.
Active participation in employee-owned culture.

Responsibilities

Marketing, planning, directing, and monitoring multi‑discipline airport projects.
Lead design and construction phases; mentor staff and review deliverables.
Staff development, project production, quality control, and financial management.
Develop proposals, participate in client presentations, and manage client relations.
Coordinate with regulatory agencies and oversee QA/QC procedures.
Lead health and safety program and coordinate with HDR teams nationwide.
