You will guide strategy, mentor engineers, strengthen client relationships, and drive successful delivery of complex aviation programs while overseeing scope, schedule, budget, and FAA compliance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline required.
Professional Engineer (PE) license required or ability to obtain Colorado licensure shortly after hire.
10+ years of engineering and project management experience in aviation.
Strong knowledge of FAA airport design standards and Advisory Circulars.

Responsibilities

Lead all aspects of aviation project delivery, including scope, schedule, budget, quality, and client satisfaction.
Manage multidisciplinary project teams and outside consultants.
Prepare and negotiate proposals, contracts, and project fees.
Ensure compliance with FAA Advisory Circulars and applicable regulations.
Oversee project financial performance, invoicing, and forecasting.
Conduct quality assurance and technical reviews.
Participate in business development efforts and project pursuits.
Represent the firm at industry conferences, airport meetings, and professional events.
Mentor junior staff and support leadership development within the aviation team.
